  1. Enter your Mobile Number (only Singapore Registered).
  2. Key in your NRIC (Singaporean), Work Permit (Foreign workers) or Passport number (Overseas Visitor).
  3. Wait for a OTP (One Time Password) from Heng Seng to your registered mobile number.
  4. Key in the OTP received.
  5. Enter your Password (twice for confirmation).
  6. Click confirm to complete the registration or password reset.
  7. Login to Heng Seng website with your NRIC/Work Permit/Passport number and new password to proceed to ticket renewal.
